Other changes: * Fixed comments in arm interfaces. * Updated comments in thread.cpp * Removed confusing, useless, functions like MakeReady() and ChangeStatus() from thread.cpp. * Removed stack_size from Thread. In the CTR kernel, the thread's stack would be allocated before thread creation.
