General moving to keep kernel object types separate from the direct
kernel code. Also essentially a preliminary cleanup before eliminating
global kernel state in the kernel code.

It's sufficient to use a forward declaration instead of a direct
inclusion here.

Makes it consistent with the other Apploader constructors, and prevents
implicit conversions.
